Is every BerryBow product handmade?
Yes. BerryBow pieces are made and finished by hand in Egypt. Small differences in stitch tension or placement are part of the handmade character, not manufacturing defects.
What materials do you use?
Most pieces use 100% cotton crochet yarn. Depending on the design, a product may also include stainless-steel hardware, polyester filling, beads, lining, buttons, or hanging cord. The exact materials are listed on each product page.
How large is the product?
Dimensions and weight are listed on each product page. Because online photos can make small accessories look larger, we also use scale and measurement images wherever available.
How long will my order take?
Preparation and delivery depend on product availability and destination. The latest estimate is shown during ordering or confirmed by the BerryBow team. Handmade or custom pieces may require additional preparation time.
Does my order arrive ready to gift?

Can I request another colour or a custom design?

Spot-clean gently with a lightly damp cloth, avoid soaking and harsh chemicals, reshape if needed, and air-dry away from direct heat.
